After upgrading rom, My device start vibrating and I cant see any thing.
1- I can not power on my device
2- By pressing power button, the phone start some "vibrating"
3- After connect to USB its start vibrating again and the program can not detect it.
4- I can not downgrade this to old version.
Any help PLEASE!
