touchscreen problem

the screen of my phone wont respond anymore when i touch it i tried reseting but that wont work does anyone know how to fix this problem

You need to replace the touchscreen. Easiest thing is to replace the LCD and digitizer together. Make sure you replace with the right model number found on the back of your current LCD.
