Help me! P3600 block after turn on

Hello!:(
i have a p3600 with the olipro 1.30 and the PPC blocked at the initial windows 6 screen.
With minisd or with windows xp the PPC accept at 100% roms, radio and olipro 1.20 but nothing change when i restart the ppc.
Remain olipro1.30 and the windows bloked at initial display.
The windows display change when i change the rom but it's block after log on.
Please help me!!!
