I know a lot of people dont like pdanet, but if you have newer firmware its easier. Ive seen a lot of posts asking why does my phone disconnect after 1 minute or 20 minutes... You have to turn off your power saver while plugged in option... this will disconnect you..if you have your phone set to pwer save even while pluuged in, take the check mark out of the box... thats step 1... step 2 is to go to the usb to pc icon in settings and the connections tab... there is an enable advanced network functionality, take the check mark out of the box... soft boot your phone. you should not get disconnected anymore. i know this is a low tech thread but i hope it helps someone with the newer firmware like me..
