I have updated rom on my "Tornado"

i have downloaded nitrogen's rom .. and now my phone is locked at "bootloader" . What should i do? :((

The HTC name is the manufacturer of the hardware. People seem to like 6.1 (like myself).

Your phone is a Tornado. Same as mine. You can confirm this if you enter Boot loader, it'll tell you right on the screen :)

To enter bootloader, turn phone off, hold your camera button depressed and plug the USB cable. then just turn off phone and on again to resume normal operation.
