Hello

I have bought a old Qtek 9100 from a friend with a broken touchscreen (LCD is intact) so I "unlocked" him and i thought to charge it I can use my net adapter from my palm. So I charged it for 1 night and the orange led was on this morning. I wasn't rlly awake and the phone didn't went on and i tried getting the battery out and putting it in again but couldn't start it up :s so this noon I came home and tried it again and I saw the splashscreen and IPL version etc on my screen but then it went black. If i charge it now the orange LED isn't on now. Can some1 tell me what has gone wrong?

Thanks in advance.

I don't known what charger you have but all HTC devices charging with 5 volt and 1 amper (1000 miliamper)!!! If the battery fully discharged you can charge only with this charger.

Er, I took out the battery for a night and then put it back in and it started but then yust stopped, now I can charge it again, so I think it's fixed :D

Edit: God damnit, I waited to lang after I fixed it to charge it so now the led isn't burning aswel :s

Ok, I took a look @ my charger that I used (from a palm z22) and the output was only .25 A :s I tried different methodes found on this forum to recover my phone but none worked (I was able to boot up my phone and connect it to my laptoppy but it just shuts down after a time of inactivity and it tells me it is charging but it says 0 %...)

Ok This is really interesting: you can only charge youre phone when there is a SIMcard in it :s
