[HELP] ROM Flashing Issue!!!

Hi I have just flashed my hermes for the 4th time i believe...the latest one its called "Blue Charm" Rom ...after flashing i haven't been able to connect to my ActiveSync..

and i've tried the SD method without any luck...
1) I've formatted a 1GIG sd (FAT32) under windows ViSTA.
2) put in ther HERMIMG.nbh and go into the bootloader (OK, POWER, and STYLUS)

when i enter bootloader it shows Tri-Colour Screen for 1 second..and goes white saying "Loading.." for 5-7 seconds...and then it shows the tri-colour screen saying the Following

IPL-1.04

HERM200
SPL-2.10.Olipro

I really wanna try the Joshkoss's WM6.5 test 10 -- Red Version (10.1Red)

try a 512 meg card

Use a XP machine if possible, format the SD card, and try flashing. I have used 1GB card before, and they work just fine. It might be the issue with Vista format.

thanx alot guys for ur suggestion...ActiveSynced finally recognized my phone..after few hardresets...

and the wm 6.5 is ...allright..different feel...i just don't think theres anything that beats TouchFlo inteface...but yea.....
