HTC S640 Replacement Screen

Does anyone have a working S640 screen? I have a unit in which the screen cracked due to overheating, but the unit itself is fine, and I want to replace the screen. I've managed to open up the unit, and find that replacing it is a breeze, but I need to source the part.

Please give me a shout if anyone is willing to donate their old S640 which no longer works, but the screen is 100% functioning.
