going from opentouch back to stock rom help please?

i sold my wing to someone,and forgot it had open touch on it..how do i go back to the stock rom? can i just use the tmobile update here and load it? http://www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade/

Yes, just connect your wing with Activesync and run the update on T-Mobile's website. It's totally automated.
