Sync / Outlook problems

Hi Everybody !

Is there a final solution for the sync problem with outlook ? I am using vista and from the moment I upgraded to WM 6.1 , I can't sync without errors ?

unplug the device from your pc and completely shut the computer down. wait a few minutes and turn it back on. when the computer is fully rebooted, soft reset your polaris. once the device isback up and running then plug it back in to the pc and it shoudl be working correctly now.

Like a miracle ! it worked , thanks a lot . Just still have this problem : I got a window that say synchronize folders and server change and when it does synchronize I loose my favorite contacts ?
