View Full Version : Touch Keyboard and Opera 9.5x only types numbers

In opera 9.5x (tried several versions) the Touch Keyboard only types numbers. So the Full QWERTY is the only option for Opera.

Is there a fix that allows the Touch Keyboard to work in Opera 9.5 ?

Also, has anyone tried to see if installing the Diamon Keyboard on a Touch fixes this?

I know it was a problem with the leaked opera 8.x sprint roms, but was fixed in the release.

Thank you, unfortunately i have a QVGA device and this version will not work.

In that case, test the qvga versions on that page, itīs the complete list and you can enter to each thread and find out what other users comment about kb problems

That Keyboard Fix appears to be for hardware based keyboards or the keyboard pop-up issue.

the problem i am having is with the Touch Keyboard (2 letters per key) and it only typing numbers.

Any ideas?

nope i have the same issue when using the Touch Keypad. it sucks :(
