Hi!
I have a problem with my LG KS20 and Activesync on Win XP. When I plug the device, pops up a hardware wizard installer (I don't have any drivers), so when I cancel this there pops up a notification that can be problems with this hardware. How to connect with ActiveSync?

ok this will happen the first time you try to sync on your computer. Dont cancel it, let it install properly.

I asume your service packs are upto date on your computer (must have at least sp1 i think but you should update to sp3 if you ask me) and ensure you have latest version of active sync (4.5xxxx).
