I did NOT port them, I only found them, tested & used all of them, and for lack of a better thing to do, I choose to collect & share them with you.

How do I upgrade Opera? It's quite a few thousand builds newer than the one I'm running, but the installer says that the old version cannot be uninstalled. :( If I just continue with installation, there's bound to be issues.

Not necessarily. It is almost identical, files wise. It shouldn't be an issue to uninstall it if you have issues. You prolly have opera cooked in, so it will never be able to be uninstalled.

I already have. The only thing we are waiting for is the new manila from xboxmod. The contact editor is 90% tied into manila. So it is useless without it.

It is to auto-rotate without the need for third party apps. There is an app called G-Config that configures the sensor for apps that aren't already supported.

That is one of the drawbacks from some people. As far as I can see the compact qwerty went away with this new keyboard.

The only way I know of and what I am doing is using reshacker and inserting them into the exe or dll file of the app.

Hey heads up, their seems to be some sort of dependency between the Email wizard OEM and the Notifcations OEM. the Notifcations does not work unless the Email OEm is cooked in aswell. i dont have more time to look into it, but my guess it might be the manila file in the Email Wizard OEM

No that file shouldn't be in there. The file dependency is htcscroll.dll. Fixing the OEMs now

Well yeah, but there is a catch. There always isn't there?

Well it does look like that. That is about all it does. If you click on an notification all it does is clear it. The new manila that xboxmod is working hard on is required for FULL functionality of it.

Update to the D2 Album and it will work like it used to. I had the same problem and it works great with the D2 sensor and D2 album together:D

First I installed it and when I tried it, the font size was HUGE!

I install the gsensor app and the volume app. The sensor is great and works fine, but I liked the old volume better, and was wondering how to switch back. It's not like I can't live with this one, I just like the old one better. I have a NAM version diamond if it matters.

1.Camera doesn't register pictures in right direction if you took them after installing this add on. When you tilt phone to landscape, it will display picture in upside down mode, and if you tilt it upside down, it will display it in oposite landscape mode.

2.While I'm talking on phone, if it gets tilted, it turns the screen on and tilts picture, and all of a sudden I'm calling some people in the middle of conversation, because my ear presses diff. buttons.

3. YouTube application can't function in landscape mode, except while displaying video, so if you watch video, and go back to video overview withouth tilting the phone back, aplication freezes.

well i tried it anyway lol, as far as i can gather you have to install it to the phone, not to the internal storage. so therefore im not gonna do it as im low on memory.
i tried installing to internal storage and it just said installation unsuccessful and gave me the option to install to phone

- Find and Delete any values that reference the following programs (which have independent G-Sense): Camera, Album, Opera, Phone, CProg, YouTube, and or any program whose behaviour has been disrupted since you installed the HTC G-Sensor package for Diamond 2.

- When done, close the registry editor and soft-reset your device (simple restart).

- Rejoice!

Did you have correct positioned pictures after you did that?
For example; you had a landscape picture if you hold the device landscape position when taking photo or portrait picture by holding camera portrait position. I do not think so. Camera always takes photos at portrait position with new gsensor. I can not see any landscape picture by the album, all photos are portrait.

Thanks for the great works. I would say I like them.

I got a problem though with the TD2 HTC Album. After I installed it, and did the following.

Photos and Videos' tab, click on the Album, then it shows a camera icon on the top left corner. Below written "No pictures and videos were found." But for sure I have photos taken.

Then I tried to click on the camera icon then it opens up the camera function. After I took the photo, and press the album icon. This time it shows the photo but only a dark square. When I click on it, it says "the file type not supported" I checked on the properties, it shows Jpeg but only 16kb. Funny thing is I can see it in my TF3D Photos tab. Also it did stored in my folder.

So does the program pointed to other folder? I stored my pictures in my Internal Memory (4GB) under -> My documents-> My pictures

on the TF3D tab, I can see all the photos. when I click on them it shows that photo but I can flip to the rest of the photos. I can also upload them to facebook.

Anyone can help?:confused:

I installed HTC ALBUM (ver. 3.0.19131527) but it seems that its menu are unusable. I can view my photos through the TF3D interface but not if I go to the Album itself directly.

Basically, if I access the Album from TF3D ("press/click" on the photos) and view my photos:
- photo scrolling are smooth
- photo zooming are smooth
- photo action buttons (or whatever you call the close, slideshow, send and menu functions at the bottom of the photo) can be "pressed/clicked" and operational
- menu can be opened but unable to select the menu items

If I access the Album from Programs folder or from the "Album" menu at the bottom of the screen:
- photo thumbnails are shown
- unable to scroll to the bottom of the list of thumbnails
- unable to "press/click" on any of the photo or the camera icon
- all menu can be opened but unable to select the menu items
- able to close the album

Are these known problems?

OEM Packages : just unzip, drag and drop the folders in the OEM folder of your kitchen and remove the old CommManager.

Yes, I tested the cab THOROUGHLY:
1. I used all the utility buttons (switches) and they work perfectly!
2. I used all the option buttons (left side buttons) and they lead where they should and work great!

Good enough? As for pictures, checkout any ROM running rhodium OEMs (like UDK2-5) and you nailed it!!!

What's happening when you launch directly the exe from the windows folder (ex CMPhone.exe or CMPin.exe) ?

If it works you might have messed up with the following reg keys :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\CommManager\1]
@="Phone" from the CommManager RGU must match :
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\CommManager\1]
"Execute"="\\Windows\\CMPhone.exe"
from the CMPhone RGU and so on for the other one.

When i pressed to the advanced softkey for Phone Setting it goes to the ol setting i did not see any new settings ie. band selection as shown at the 1st post. Any advise

Dont know if its just me having this issue, but when I install the TP2 keyboard (I have gone for the one without arrows) ActiveSync stops working.

I havent seen any solution to this issue yet. Is there one?

Brother, after trying all the different versions of topaz/rhodium/tachi albums, I found out that only the Tachi's works properly; the rest seem to be missing something here or there (different dll versions, updates to services, etc...)!

Herg62123 has fully resolved these issues and created a cab to update the diamond dlls with new ones from the Tachi.

So, if you feel that you must have this new album working then do the following:
- Uninstall the currently rhodium/topaz album you have (preferably).
- Install the "Tachi Shared Modules" + Soft Reset so the updated services/modules are reloaded.
- Install (or overwrite the Album you have with) the Tachi's Album.
- ENJOY

P.S. Give me 20-60 minutes to post those Tachi titles. You'll find them on the first page named "Tachi this..." or "Tachi that...".

now i find a cab file from tachi. Now the menu works, but in Landscape mode the zoom function has an graphic error. it zooms 90 degress turned right. It seems, that the g-sensor don't work @ the zoom-function

1.I can't scroll thumblnails with my finger(i must use the hard keys)
2.I can't open any Image without using the hardkeys

I used the original integrated .cab Facebook & Youtube HTC Album uploader for months, and LOVED it! I just got a new TP2 this week, and wanted to re-install it but can't seem to find it after looking for the past few days.

The .cab I used to have on my TP1 allowed me to upload to either Facebook/Youtube (for pics/vids respectively) straight from my HTC Album, in batches or one-by-one, and would even assign a clock or check-mark icon to each picture in my album letting me know if they were uploading or had oploaded successfully. THANKS :)

PS: If this could also be accomplished by simply upgrading to a different version of HTC Album, and not simply via a specific .cab file please let me know. The newest MightyROM version released on Dec. 6 deleted the integrated Album Uploader.

I can't believe anyone is reading this thread anymore! Its been posted a long time ago my friend, and is thoroughly UNCURRENT. Look for Album 3.2, its the new stuff in town and got social networking.

Ha, well I just thought most people would have an automatic email notification like I do, so even thought its an old thread I might be able to recruit some knowledge from the thread's past contributors.

I have been doing a lot of digging... and unfortunately, the Facebook integration into the album menu can't be integrated because I am using the Dec. 6th version of the MightyROM for my TP2. He has been making comments lately on PPC though that his next final stable version will include it once again :)

Until then, I will just use MyPhone to upload them, or the Microsoft Marketplace Facebook app (or email them using that option) :)

OK, I'm not sure where I got it, but I have an HTC Album 3.2 cab (I think I might've made the cab myself out of some VGA package). This works only in wm6.5 ... I'll upload it shortly

Hold up before you get the title, I just installed Album on my Touch Pro2.....once it works, I'll give it to you. My Nigga. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 yup it worked but only one little problem, the albums softkey is a bit scrolled up so some of the pictures are shown little below the softkey....but not bad little by little.
