Polaris Touch Cruise-hard reset is impossible

Hi,
Can anybody help me?
I try to hard reset my Touch Cruise but it is not possible.
I want to make hard reset because my touch screen does not work.
All tabs is locked and the touch screen does not work so I can not activate the tabs and make hard reset.
Is it any other way to make hreset than 2 ways described in manual?

I doubt that a hard reset would solve your problem...

I had the same problem after 11 months with my Touch Cruise. I sent it in for repair under warranty and the device was fixed and returned with a repair docket that stated the repair performed was the tightenning of a loose connector.

One month after the repair, I have had the same problem and have returned the device for repair again and am awaiting getting the device back.

Try this:
Take out SD card from the device, format it to FAT32, copy any junk file to the root. Rename the file as 'POLAIMG.NBH' (without quotes), insert back to the device, do a soft reset. By default should enter 'bootloader screen'. Now use the first method of Hard Reset as per manual. Should Work..:)

Also at the HR screen before pressing 'send' button remove the SD card and delete the '*.nbh' file before putting it back to the device

I've the same problem... touchscreen broken for the second time in 3 months without possibility to hardreset with key combos. (i've done the hard reset through mymobiler)
The first time the assistance has replaced the motherboard.
