Hey all,

so im new to that flashing things... im using the O2 xda comet (is the atom life if i understand it right ) and i wannne try windows mobile 6.5 because the the original rom sucks !

so first of all which rom should i use ? 23001 ?? and what means xip & sys ? do i need this too or do i only need the rom ?

so i need a formated (fat) storage card (max 2 gb) and have to copy the extracted rom file to the card. then i have to do a restart or hardreset. is this right ? which app i should use to format the storage card ? because i dont have a card reader for my pc ? can i use sktools ???

sry but im new :D hope that someone help me a lil bit.

Just to check how come the dial pad has a scroll bar on ur latest released 23025?

Any idea how to fix it? Or can you upload a dialpad for us to solve the problem?

... Try it again with the following have in mind.:)
HOW TO FLASH THE ROM:
1. You must have at least 70% battery.
2. Use mini-SD card and format it to FAT16 (use only 2GB capacity and below, don't use SDHC card!).
3. Copy AL1.DIO to miniSD card.
Note : Your miniSD card should only contain AL1.DIO.

I had the same problem, use a SD card smaller 1 GB.
Have o tried bajok rom? if yes, does you device freeze after boot?

Thanks for the great rom, I've successfully installed it, but certain screens seem to be chopped off (e.g. music transfer/clock setting/getting starterd). Is there anyway I can fix it?

You're doing great effort for our Atom Life.... I've tried many of your and other chef's ROM. Now I need to go back to the original ROM of WM 6.1 of both O2's and MWG's. Could you please help me for the AL1.DIO version of those ROMs ?
Because I'm feeling so stressed in downgrading through regular system since I do not have notebook and electric problem in my area.

I am looking forward for your help.

Sorry for original WM6.1 ROM from O2 and MWG because they only release WM5 and WM6 ROM.

I can't find AL1.DIO original ROM but if you contact some ROM cooker with original ROM file (from www.myxda.com) I think they can made it for you.

Ive been having problem with this rom that my signal totally dies. Only way to get it working again is by doing a soft reset.
Has anyone else had this problem.

Just realize missing Remote Desktop Mobile on build 21202, so I would like to share my remote desktop wm 6.5 cab, extracted from build 21195 ROM, intall it to device only , in case anybody need it...

anyway Chriscsh, do you have any advice or enlightment regarding unable receiving files via bluetooth? :)
