Extract vga-driver out of backpack-software

Can anyone please help me with a little problem of me, I´m to dumm to solve it myself:
Please extract a working vga drivers out of the software, that comes with the backpack.
I tried to rip it out of the .cab file and the registry, but I failed.
The .cab is attached below.

The .cab lives on the ftp server and, for about one year, on my HDD, because one of the first things I did, after joining this nice community, was:
Ripping all folders and files, of all devices, off your server and ban it to my drive! Ugly.
