Need Help on my Kitchen !!!

hi,

my kitchen is based on Anryls WM6.1 - 19212 German Kitchen

the problem i got on my manila ROM (its a BS) is the RAM or Program storage,

when i put a SD in the slot i loose 9% of program storage

(program storage with no SD is 24,69 MB / with SD 20,56 MB or less)

so how can i fix this in my kitchen ? need minimum 22 MB with Storage card !

i need some registry settings or else that can help me, plz

When a device has a storage card inserted, it'll always consume more RAM however, that's a bit too much. As a work-around, have you tried changing the pagepool to help increase the RAM?

no, PP is always on 4 MB in my ROMs, but now i had turn off my OEM Pack "Storage Manager Settings" from Starbas64 Big OEM package release this do not work well to the RAM of my ROMs. I had try without this, now it is with no SD at 23-24 MB and with SD on 22 MB after 1st boot, after i add my apps i used my hermes more then 8 h i got with SD card 20,78 (i used in this time : W.V.D., youtubeplay, TCPMP and some other apps), i think for a manila2d ROM with BS (thx to joshkoss for the BS-NonBS pack) its ok or is there something else to do to get more RAM ? i think i was too sleepy at that time, 36h i worked on this for my final release :D

try removing office and you might have a little more ram.. also be sure bluetooth audio gateway's are turned off.

EDIT: i used "Change Rominfo On first Flash screen" from ur tools but "by josh" is no changing to by S4 -_-'

you can get rid of IrDA and others, too:

and then you can play with cache settings in boot.rgu...

Next thing is to make some XIP modules from regular exe, dll and mui files - it can really give you some significant amounts of RAM.

had used ur xip 21109 and ur bs files works great(dont removed office and onenote but HTC Opal vol control and large titlebar[+3 MB RAM] ),after first boot free programm storage is with no SD in slot 24 MB and with SD 23,xx MB, internal data storage is at 39 MB, thx

changing the ROM-Info on first bootscreen works now

Edit: after i used my device 4h (install apps &co.) free program storage is a bit lower than 23 MB it is 22,73 MB, add extra oxios memory if i need more RAM :)
