Change Home screen keys (HTC DIAMOND)

Hello Guys,

This is my 1st post but been watching this forum for a while now. You guys are awesome in your field and liking. I am kinda noobie in this. Needed a lil help and am sure I would get it soon. I purchased HTC Diamond y`day and it seems that it was locked by Airtel. My phone has been unlocked and its working perfectly fine. Help I need is with below
1. How can I change the home screen left, right buttons. Left says "PHONE" and right says "AIRTEL LIVE"
2. How can I change the startup wallpaper which shows a huge Airtel logo when i boot my phone up.

1. Try Diamond Tweak (http://montecristoff.webs.com/diamondtweak.htm). Install it on the Touch Diamond and run the program. Left softkey is under 14.4 and the right softkey is under 14.5.

2. Is this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2400475) what you mean?

Guess you've should update to hard-SPL. Follow this (http://modmydiamond.info/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=22&Itemid=26) tutorial to get it working. Only do this when you understand the risks.

@Crazyrooster, thanks a ton mate !! That is all what I needed .. Its looks perfect .. Big thanks .. Also regarding the SPL I was looking around and did want to upgrade my rom... Today morning I tried to install Duttys but it didnt get installed. Error 262. Tried researching and it seems that the connection with active sync is getting disconnected and thus the update doesnt work. Will check the links u have provided.

Hey .. Installed 1.38 Olinex .. Phone seems to be superfast then before .. Tweaks helped a lot .. Just spending time with the phone these days after work .. Mail for Exchange is also working good .. When I click contacts, its taking me to company directory .. Weird .. So looking around for some solution .. Am sure will find it around here ..

Hey Shroomz, looks like you have one of the previously Airtel branded but now officially unlocked phones.
Did you run any hard spl before running the diamond tweak which got rid of "Airtel live" from home screen ? Thanks.
