Error messages everytime, what is that?

hey guys
i´ve just played a new rom on my diamond, the aztor v11 x2 ultimate. now when i install an prog, everytime it comes an error message, that this programm has a problem. what is that? the phone did it no time before. i had the rom 2 times before on my diamond, and it never really did something like that. why does my phone do that?

You must have Microsoft Compact framework

it´s allready installed in that rom i´ve installed on my diamond

you can probably try reflashing the rom, or a hard reset? that might fix your problem (unless its something other than the rom)
