I dont get this...or is it only me?! The touch pro 2 manilla is being ported.. I guess this means it is not ready and out yet. And you say that it can only be installed if you had installed the Touch Pro 2 manilla..??!! Why are you worrying about the green colour without the original available to people..? If you have the original, you should release that before the tweaked one.

The touch pro 2 manila is already available by means of a ROM (for the touch pro)
It will also become available for the diamond soon...anyway i wanted to have a headstart on the theme for those who want it (cooks etc)..

It seems that you did not read the thread carefully..since you dont have the manila from the diamond2/TP2, download the one i posted in post 10 (as i said before), which is SPECIFICALLY for the original one...so in other words the original IS available to people

as always i wanted to share my work in this forum, so instead of compaining about what i release first try to show some gratitude for the work i put in making this..i could just use it for myself and dont post anything but i didnt...

I've downloaded this, unzipped the files and copied them over to the Windows dir on the phone, also changed the highlight colour in the registry hex string to 000000 and then soft reset, hasn't made any changes.

Using ukD Syrius Topaz R2 which as far as I'm aware is not using manilla 2. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Yes used Total Commander to copy the files (not the folder), to the Windows directory, can see them in there.

One thing though, notice the files from your zip are .png, are you sure you meant bmp?

its a theme..selection colors are a theme as well actually..it just depends how far you want to go with it

I did all the first steps to "installing" this but it totally just froze up my Sprint TP with no option to get it back. Any special ways to get this to work other than copying those files?

I CANNOT guarantee that this will work on a stock Fuze, stock Verizon and on any branded device!

Try this:
disable TF3D from start->settings->Today
Please DELETE the following files from your windows directory and see how that works

note that after deleting, the rom will automatically restore the original files
re enable TF3D and see if it works then

if it doesnt work this way, use Diamond TF3D Config and restore the default theme

Copied and owerwrited all the files, did soft restart and only things that have changed is on programs tab(grey background of icons)...

Oh thaht was with old v1 now with v2 start loading tf3d and stuck i only se slider and it writes title on mid screen :)

i just posted the fix

Use Diamond TF3D config and restore the original theme (required step!)
then install my Black Touch Diamond v2.1

there were some files from the TP2 manila messing it up..
i flashed back to the stock Touch pro rom and noticed the problem..
now its totally fixed

Just wanted to say this is a great GREAT looking theme. Much better than most theme's found here, which make TF3D counter intuitive to use.

I will definately use this theme when Xb0xmod's TF3D from Rhodium is released, since this one seems to be compatible with it. I'm also looking forward to a .cab install!

1. Does TF3D get stuck?
2. Is the slider working properly now?
3. Make sure you understand what is changing in the theme (i am making a video review now). Try selecting something (use the dpad if you like) and it should show up as black

Mine manila is cfc compresed i downloading cfc version now and going to report after install :)

In v2 slider is stuck and writes title in middle of the screeen,but i cans see clock tab it is diffrent from default!
In v2.1 everything works fine but no chagnes!

Ok downloaded cfc version and before instaling it I did restore the original theme,copied files and still everything is working fine but only change is aperance of clock(not whole tab),and on programs tab grey backgrounds of icons!!!

the point of this theme is to keep the clean look of the stock theme and remove all ugly green selectors. There is also a custom internet globe, programs background, background 4 all pages, custom welcome image, etc

i also have a custom black and white icon set for tf3D which i will release next week as an ADDON (some might not like it)

I have tried it on TD uDK Syrius 7 ROM and it is not working.
I patched manila for CFC, then I copied Diamond Black Touch Manila v2.1 files to Windows, but nothing new appears (no calendar icon for example). So I tried Black Touch Manila Rhodium, certainly after default installation of manila and there was only Title and Clocks was grayed uout, button with Calls had itle 0 Missed Calls. No slider. So not working for me.

in the rhodium 2.1 zip there is a folder (topaz and nrg builds older than...)
there is a htcmenus.bmp file in there.place it in your windows folder..the topaz uses a different version of thid file as compared to the rhodium..thats why its distorted now

those different versions are there for a reason! do not install different ones on your phone unless it supports it. the screenshot of the calendar tab that you see in my post is for the rhodium thats why you dont see it..
if you read the info on the first page it says that the aim was to retain the clean stock look, add some details and remove all green.for the moment, the changes you should see is when you select something. there should be NO green left anywhere. there is also a custom wallpaper on all tabs but i forgot 1 file. i will upload the fix later on. there is also a custom internet globe (doesnt appear on some roms. i found a fix already. that will also be included iin v2.2 when i upload it later tod

have the background icons on the programs tab changed..if yes the theme is installed..you just need to use the phone a bit and you will notice it lol

as off begining next week i will also post a set of custom tf3d icons as a seperate download

Here are the cabs. All the manila are installed to \Windows and all splash screen images and wallpapers are installed to \My Documents\My Pictures.

I can only test the Raphael v2.2 NON CFC. Please post your results for the rest.

1. After install, delete "HTCMenus.bmp" from the \Windows folder

I am very tempted by this, only couple of problems i have are
A) Im using a standard stock Orange (uk) rom, will it work?

B) i have a few tweaks that i use like the Diamond background changer, custom icons and a few changes to the top bar (signal batery ect) can i still use all of these??

A: i dont know..branded devices can be a pain in the ass...
B: yes..my theme does not alter any of those so it everything should work as intended i guess

After installing the theme for the Rhodium Manila (with V1c fix), when i try to change the wallpapaer, the HTC album comes in Red screen with no pictures or button on it. I havent seen this before. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Job well done and with your permission, I might release a combined theme.. Credit to you of course! Let me know what you think....

First of all, let me say this is a great theme. I have a couple issues though.

1. I noticed that the HTC menu enhancements started having problems after installing the theme. The graphics didn't look right. This is what would happen when people manually tried to change the color of the menu's text selection or arrows. I had to uninstall and reinstall the menu enhancement to get it working properly. It's green, but at least it works. It's a shame because it would look really nice if it was black.

2. Is there a way to change the wallpaper on the tabs not including the main one? I changed the wallpaper on the main tab and it is now different than the wallpaper on every other tab. I'd like to change the wallpaper on the other tabs to something different. So Wallpaper A is on the main tab and Wallpaper B is on every other tab. This must be possible because that's how it currently is, I just don't know how to change the wallpaper for the other tabs.

The "no clock" thing also happened to me. There was no call history or calendar either. I tried changing the clock with Manila customizer, but still no joy. My Rom is 1.37.405.1 WWE and radio is 1.20.OliNex. TF3D is Version 3.0 (Build 29946).

And my device is HTC Diamond.

I installed Black Touch Diamond 2.2.

ui tweaker is only for the windows interface...for TF3D you have to manually change every icon...

i might make a red version but it might take a while..im quite busy at the moment with other projects

Mate you are champion, I was having a similar issue, and it fixed my problem. My slider and icons wouldn't even load before, but all good now.

Nah, I still had the problem with 2.2 (yes I followed the instructions lol).

But its all good now.

Diamond + udK Syrius v2.03 + TF3D 2 (1a beta), I have stayed with 1a cos I have no other issues AT ALL.

I read the instructions but didn't look at the TOPAZ & NRG Builds below 31109 SEE THIS!!! folder because the build number didn't seem to apply to my CDMA ROM. But I copied the .bmp from that folder and it fixed the problem, thanks.

I've found that notopcurtain.cab doesn't work on the new Manila. It's not this theme, it's the version of TF3D. I'd love to get rid of the curtain too.

I used your files, plus some files from my Rhodium manila from HD, and I managed to make a theme that is more complete for HD.:)

Please, take the file and see if it needs any other options to make it more complete.

p.s. I have changed the clock to a black version I have done, plus a put no curtains (top and bottom) and no dot lines in Home page (between calendar and missed calls).

I've managed to make another step forward and by "touching" some other files I managed to have the Greek names of the cities in the manila clock-tab and calendar-tab and weather-tab, plus the weather forecasts in calendar-tab and weather-tab, plus the initial of the days in calendar-tab and weather-tab, in Greek (all the other stuff are in English).
Plus, I included the registry key to make possible the addition of other Greek cities in weather (if someone give me the city codes for the accuweather I could add them too, as I added Spetses for my use).

Because, the main graphical part of the theme is from your theme 'Black Touch Rhodium 2.2',
I would like to ask for your authorisation, to post the theme cab in the Blackstone's 'Themes' thread.

I am working on version 2 of my theme for the RHODIUM (initially) and it should have most issues resolved
I will make it more customizable too (choice of tab wallpaper, etc)

It's NOT a wallpaper. Frankly, I don't know what it is? If you apply a wallpaper, the blue orb shows up in front of it and you can see the background you applied behind it.

First of all this is great, I love this.

You know on the people tab, on the slider on the right side, the focus is that gray frame with the white square(which is originally green square). Is there any possibility to make the email tab the same way. On mine the focus of the selected email account is still that green square.

I like green in my wallet, but not in my phone =P
