I bought this phone couple of days ago then realized that the ROM is very unstable(It's using some 'Windows mobile Tai edition'), and I've been searching everywhere for a solution to changing the rom to something else. Now the biggest problem is I'm unable to connect my phone to my computer, as my WMDC seems unable to detect the connection. I tried all the methods I can find on the web to resolve the connection problem, including running bootloader and install driver, thereafter reconnecting, but it didn't work. I tried the methods in wiki on using SD card to flash the ROM (I was trying the CRCs Release 13.3), but failed as well, (the bootloader screen seems to be totally different from the screenshot... Here is a screenshot of my bootloader). Hope somebody can help me :( THANKS!!!

Since you already have Hard SPL, I suggest flashing your phone with a stock ROM first (I use the AT&T stripped ROM) then after an hour you can flash again to your desired ROM.
Use the microSD card flash method since this is the safest, I'm pretty sure this will work.
The microSD card should be 2gig or less, then format it to FAT32.
Copy the RUU_signed.nbh file to the microSD and rename it to HERMIMG.nbh (not HERMING, I got this wrong when I tried it the first time:D). This should be the only file in your card.
Insert card to your phone then press power button on the right and OK button on the left then reset your phone, this will go to bootloader then just wait for the prompts (It will ask you to press power button, this will start the update and when it completes you need to soft reset the phone).
By the way make sure your battery is full before flashing, you don't want your phone to die in the middle of flashing.

Oh sure, I'm now using the AT&T rom, love it, everything I need are there, so I guess i'm contented with it :) Most important, it's really fast compared to when I first got the phone... Thanks again for the advise ;) :D
