1. You may not spam here, you're allowed to sell your own (used) device, accesories or parts, nothing else!
2. Moderators will monitor the topics in order to help to avoid unreliable users to take part in negotiations, but the administration and moderators of xda-developers.com are not, in any way, responsible for incidents occurring during the sale of (used) goods.
3. To keep order and threads relevant, each topic will be deleted periodically at the expiration of two months after its creation. This allows us to cancel bids presumably obsolete. You are strongly requested to ask the closure of a topic, with a post containing the phrase "Negotiation finished, please close" when the negotiation is successful.
4. To give everyone an equal chance no stickies will be made in this forum.
5. To post here you either need 30 posts or more or a membership of at least one year. Moderators are allowed to remove posts if you do not match these criteria.
6. Negotiations need to be done in the thread where everyone can see them to make sure a device isn't sold multiple times.

Thanks for your cooperation!

Recently a user tried to sell a blocked/barred device.
Barred devices are not to be traded via our board (or PM!).
Those devices are barred for a reason (stolen, reported missing: fraud, etc etc..).
If the device was barred "by mistake" only the original owner can request a device to be unbarred, all other options are illegal!

Please report a post/PM if a device is known to be stolen, barred/blocked etc. so we can take appropriate actions.

Thanks for your cooperation,

Regards,
