I wanna cook a new rom with an nice theme on the HTC WINGS.. What applications do i need is there a phone emulator avail?

i am not a cooker so i cannot help you, but i think i can suggest you a couple of things:
if ou wanna cook a rom you need a device emulator (form microsoft site) and you need a good start point to prepare the rom, something called "kitchen"
you could find one for s730 here somewhere, or you may use the kitchen from another device, but remember that you have to replace the right packages for the s730...

hope someone more trained than me could help you, i wish for a new rom for wings, but i cannot cook myself (don't have time, don't have sufficent skills...)
