Re-flashed stock 3.35 ROM stuck in Olipro 2.40 bootloader. NOTHING works, please help

I've been having "stuck in bootloader" problems since before flashing a stock ROM and even after the phone had to reset once the stock ROM was loaded. I was able to get it loaded into the OS so I can run nueSPL re-locker. I ran the re-locker as instructed, the phone reset into bootloader and the phone hung in bootloader and never reset by itself. Upon my soft reset, it's still stuck in 2.40 olipro. Can someone please help!? I've tried everything and all I need to do is re-lock and im golden, TIA! PS. I've tried exitbootloader, and even then it resets back into bootloader. I know the flash went well because the OS fully loaded twice....

Have you tried to flash using the SD card?

1. format your card with FAT32, Allocation size 1024

2. get a RUU . nbh file of your choice

3. rename it TITAIMG.nbh (notice that it is NOT "titaNimg.nbh", there is NO "N")

place it in the device,

4. RESET....

5. Press POWER button to continue.....

6. when it is DONE reset with the pinhole

7. you should be all good.
