how to apply theme ??!!!!!

i'm a newbie
i've just baught my TYTN II 3 weeks ago and it's my first time using WM

so plz answer me step by step ... plz

i've downloaded this theme >>

and then i found this link to to improve the fuctions of the theme >>

really a wonderful theme but there's something wrong ... the default upper pane ((which contains the "start" button)) is still visible in the desktop
i think i must hide this pane to see the them's pane.
see the diff between two images.

how can i fix this ??

I can tell you right now that applying themes with M2D/TF2D running on today screen wont do you any good, what you need is M2DC this will let you customize your background, I havnt tested it but it should work. M2D suck for this because I have an awsome Orbs 2 theme that would look amazing but cant do it with running touchflo on today screen :-(
