(I can't download from htc site because my device is branded)

You need supercid or Hard SPL to flash these.

the hspl 1.40 olinex is right? i've already upgrading yesterday at 2.03.405.2 but i have problems with incoming calls (the telephone is sometimes unreachable). Do you think I solve this problem upgrading at 2.03.408.3?

at this moment:
ROM 2.03.408.2 ITA
Radio 1.09.25.23

Or you suggest an hard reset?
