Receiving call problem.

Recently I am having a problem in receiving a call. The bell is ringing from the opposite side but there is no call indication in my touch viva. I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware problem. I am using ionsoft phone 4.5. Is it a cause?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

dude log oto htc.com ant navigate to support and select ur phone model and u can find downloads . in downloads ull have hot fix for this call problem ...all d best

For the ones who wants to download the 2 hotfixes for HTC Touch Opal (problem in contacts pressing 'R' or 'W' or 'X' and problem phone ringing when call already terminated), I suggest to download them from the european support site because country-specific sites don't work.
