Can't Disable Manila2D for Clock Install

I can't seem to find the way to disable Manila so I can install a custom clock. In the guide it tells me to go to Start, Programs, Utils, TouchFLO. In mine TouchFLO is in programms, and no option to disable it. Could anybody out there help a noob in need?
