A problem with official ROM 2.03.408.2

I installed the official ROM 2.03.408.2 and gives me a problem when click menu item on the screen of the TF3D sms me an error ... how can I fix it? and surely a bug?

I assume this is a GSM Diamond?

does not open the screen to write for example a new SMS ...

I'd give it a hard reset

and then reinstall the new rom?
