Will any mobile browsers download from Rapidshare?

I have been unsuccessful on my AT&T Tilt using Skyfire, Opera, and Explorer. Opera will download from other storage sites but just not Rapidshare.

i can downlaod files from rapishare from the skyfire browser. i use the newest version but have downloaded files from the first beta version too.

It's because rapidshare doesn't allow dynamic IP adresses which is what a data connection is typically. Skyfire uses a singular IP adress so that is why you can download from rapidshare through it

I've also never had a problem downloading from rapidshare with skyfire.

Any ideas on what the problem with my phone may be? I can download from other storage sites, just not rapidshare. Filedeposit, FileCloud, etc...

at one point i was able to use PIE to download from rapidshare, but haven't been able to dl from there with any browser for a long time.

Both IE and skyfire work for me.

Question: could this be a rom issue? I ask because when I was running ATT OEM Rom I could not DL from rapidshare regardless of the browser I had installed. However since moving over to custom Rom's I find that I can not only DL from rapidshare but I can also get into my online banking.

I've never had any issues downloading from RapidShare with Opera or PIE. That's kind of strange that you're having issues. As for a different ROM, maybe, but I've been using the stock ROM without RapidShare problems. The problem may very well be on AT&T's end.

The problem i get with opera is that the countdown starts and then when it reaches zero it automatically says download session expired.

Is this the same as other people get?
