I try flash my rom and now my HP iPAQ is dead.I cant turn on him.Any one now what is a problem?

Thank you for this great ROM on my RW6815. I tried all available ROM's on xda-developers but this one seems to work out best for me.

Compatible with SPB backup 2.0.2 (tested full backup / restore only) which caused some trouble with other ROM's.

I will test later if this ROM also has the "not possible to connect more than 2 BT devices" and "no handsfree option in carkit" bugs.

1) Yes it is possible to register more than 2 BT devices, but not with the GUI. You need to edit registry by first registering 2 devices, temporary export them and remove them to "fool" the system. Now you can add 2 more. Then import those first 2 back into registry. It will then work. This seems to be a common problem for all WM6.5 ROMS I tested ("Nhocbanme" and "helloworld1" versions).
Look in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\De vice\

2) BT Carkit can be registered (pair / passcode etc is OK, carkit confirms connection), but does not work. Any (regedit) workaround available..? This is last issue for perfect WM6.5 ROM for me :D

Hi, I'm not sure this is a ROM related issue (fantastic work on the ROM, by the way - 6.5 runing smooth on an ipaq is amazing) - I think it may be a problem with the phone. When making or receiving calls the microphone and speaker don't work. I know the speaker works because it plays the ringtone when receiving a call. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

The phone enters BL *which is 1.0.1" and after aprox. 3 minutes the old system is being loaded again. I am desperated!

I had the same problem in the past and I solved by using SD cards with 1GB space or lower. Stay away from kinstons, those are nasty no matter the capacity.

I have used your ROMs before and there is no problem. However this time some thing goes wrong, because my HP 6815 is dead and I can't wake it up.
I have copied the files on my SD card and push the keys as usual but the 6815 sleeps and that's it.
If you can help me I would be grateful.

i new here. i just install this rom in my hp 6828.
however i face some issue:
i cannot choose the type of usb charging between slow and fast. it keep reseting to non check. Can someone help me on this.

Another thing is the common issue face by hp6828.
my battery drain very fast (eg. few minute for 10%-20% power drain off without doing anything). Is there any solution for this.

Flashed your rom, great rom but some is not working.

not working:
Camera - ERROR: FAILED TO INITIATE CAMERA!
Wifi - cannot detect my wifi router which is set to visible.

In system settings when clicking "Batti Settings and Ipaq Audio" Nothing happens the same with other menus.

Dear Ariey, thats a beautiful and very good rom! In first launch, runs slow, but after a reset, works fast and well. But I have a problem: I can't get the camera work. The camera app doesn't work and the original HP camera app start, and do nothing.

Hi,

I have a 6828 which I flashed with Ariey Ultimate edition last year. It was basically serving the backup role at that time.

I now need it as a parallel phone, but the battery performance is quite low - only an hour on full charge. Need to revert to stock ROM from HP but am unable to do so.

Tried downloading the latest ROM from HP site, but I get the error "Code 203: Update is incompatible". Here's all that I have tried, but no change:

1. Copy .nb0 files to FAT32 SD card (which I used for the Ultimate Edition flash) and try to flash again (Call + End+ Power+ Reset). I get the screen asking me to Press the Call and End buttons again, but the devices resets in existing OS in a few seconds.

2. Hard reset : Call+End+Power+Reset, "-" keys in prompt screen. Same - just Hard resets the Ultimate Edition.

3. Tried a "Universal Bootloader" but get the error "\\.\WCEUSBSH001 port cannot open".

I am currently not able to reflash the device to stock ROM, or any other for that matter.

Please help with steps I can perform to rectify this problem.

its ok thanks i found a way to flash it via usb with no problems.. ilove this build very nice job much faster and way more cool and usefull apps then others. and really good performance, that gave me a shock too lol. Very well done and it looks good.

ok i had problems with bluetooth on other roms. gonna test it now :D

p.s: if anybody wanna know how flash it via pc just quote me here thanks. i would love to help.

Yes please can you help me. My miniSD card is damaged somehow so I cant flash using it. I remember using a software to flash my phone last yearIt took about 330 minutes to complete though.
But unfortunately i dont remember it's name nor can find it with google.. :( Can you tell me the name of the software you used..
