Tetherbot Socks App. problem

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. Has anyone experienced socks only working for short period of time(maybe 1hr)? Example: I'm using Tetherbot Socks App. & everything works beautiful when I first start my computer, connect my G1, start socks & start adb.exe. Then after about 40 minutes to an hour I can't get any pages to load, I get proxy server cannot load page error. Then I can disconnect my G1 from the computer, and use the browser on the G1, and can finish doing what ever it is that was doing on my computer before the page error. Any suggestions? BTW..using Vista Ultimate
