You really need to provide more information if you are asking for help.

For a start.

Which Type of Diamond GSM or CDMA.

What steps you took to get into that situation, what have you tried to resolve it.

Have you hard reset you device.

Can you access boot loader?

And most important - please have some patiences.

Sorry no detail cause i'm shock to see my diamond no response anymore....

This the detail :

1. Diamond GSM... want flash radio 1.12.xx but cannot... then
2. Run diamond_unlocker.exe (later found that's for CDMA Diamond.. really stupid... hiks)
3. Googling n people said no hope must change main board ....
4. Found the price of main board almost same with the new one ...

Really unluck day....

why don't you send it for guarantee repair? At this stage, all diamonds are still in guarantee period..
And there's big chance they will fix it on guarantee. You have nothing to lose...

Same happens to me flash with this file and my diamond dead, i bought to HTC service center and they have to replace the main board (for free) now my diamond is good :)

Thanks people for the suggest.... today i'll bring it to HTC Service Centre hopefully there any 2nd motherboard :D... cause the new one so expensive :(

Read and find data more carefully to do "Security Unlocker" or "Hard SPL" to your Diamond not like me... :(

is he really dead, or is he hanging on the startup screen (Black screen with white "Touch Diamond" on it)
I had a similar problem, and because it didn't startup I could not flash another rom.
Here is what I did to solve it:

Push the power button, the volume down button and the left arrow button all at the same time, then push the reset button with your stylus tip (I know it sounds impossible, but you can do it) Keep the buttons pressed (except the reset, that one you just push once)

then the phone is in serial mode and you should see a rainbow screen
You will be able to sync with your pc now, just put in the usb cable and flash a new rom (for example the standard htc rom)
