Network connection error

Hi Guys

Please forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere I have searched to the maximum of my ability and have not found a solution.

My I-Mate Jam will not connect to any network , I place a working simcard into the handset and it fails to connect to the network

has anyone had a similar problem?

Is there a way that I could check if its a hardware related problem or if its a software related problem.

I have installed the windows 6.1 rom on the phone and its incredibly fast and i'd love to use it as more than a pda

you should flash original 1.12 or 1.13 rom to your device and test radio there.
