Ipl / Spl upgrade

Hello Dear friends.
I read wiki but still dont understand somethings :(

my phone is :
model no : ELF0100
RAM size : 128MB
Flash size : 256MB
Rom version : 2.20.463.1B WWE
Rom date : 10/02/07
Radio version : 03.07.90
Protocol version : 4.1.13.51
ExtRom version : 2.20.463.101

So my phone is Elfin ?
I tried install Shadow rom but always error
And always stop step 2/3 for make 2.26 ıpl and spl
Must i update ipl and spl for load a new rom
I tried all CID tools but cannot be succes.

to install new roms you have to use either Hard or Soft SPL
while hard spl is required only ondce and soft spl is required before every flash.

Hard reset and in customization soft reset again.
I install cert_spcs and Enable rapi
than restart than take the microsd and simcard
than run elfin_uspl and elf_usp_2.26.0000
but can not be success always when haret installing ,screen turn white and disconnect to pc
I used in vista and in xp
I did not run Touch_Unlock.exe because of viruses.

All my actions ı could not finish 3/3 step

What I miss or Is there an other method for CID unlock

some of these files might be perceived as viruses, but they're not.. it's safe to run them.
if you follow the instructions exactly as they're written you will manage unless your device has some kind of a hardware problem... trust that this has been done on many many .. many devices before.

in a more general manner, if you flash a hard-spl and then flash a specific rom of your choice, everything should work fine.
