T Mob- What Kaiser replacement or wait?

My contract's now up with T Mob. I'm not a heavy user and have a decent deal for £16 month on an old WnW package which does me ok.

Of the phone features I don't use the keyboard (I prefer the on screen) but do like a large screen as it is my main GPS (SatNav and Memory Map OS) device.

With the entry of win 6.5 on the horizon do I wait for a Touch HD type device in 6.5 or just get one now if and when it emerges on T mob. I'm thinking a network release of any new device is likely to be at least 9 months away.

Any thoughts?

6.5 is pointless.
I assume that buying either the Touch HD, Touch Pro 2 or Diamond 2 will also be able to hold WM7 soon. you can live pretty well with 6.1 for now.

the Touch HD has a 3.8 screen while the TP2 has a 3.6 and the Diamond2 has a 3.2

I would go either with the Diamond2 is the 3.2 screen is enough for you or with the Touch HD since they are both strong devices with no keyboard.

the Touch HD is already out and running, so if you don't want to wait for the Diamond 2 prices to drop, just get it...
