Would there be anyway to get the Tilt to operate on Verizon? Because as far as I know, Verizon doesn't use SIM cards and AT&T does. So that might be a hurdle, but is there any other way around it?

Sorry no way, Tilt is GSM bands and Verizon is CDMA bands.
