yes it does, you have to use it in conjunction with WMODEM, but it seems to have worked on my mac running OS X. i get the same speeds as my htc touch used to give me, nothing has increased, but at least i am able to tether. I do get slow performance on my treo after using WMODEM sometimes, but soft-reset will take care of that. of course, you will have to enable tethering in steps (i mean first on your treo then on your pc or mac).
