dead keys and white screen ??

hi everyone.

2 days ago the keys started to fail on the phone, could not navigate at all. could not answer etc. Had to open the keyboard to use the phone. A little after that when opening the keyboard the screen started to flash, went black when opening the keyboard. Now the screen is white all the time. even when switching the phone on, straight to a white screen.

Any ideas and is it worth fixing ? Phone is about 14 months old.
