I have a HTC TyTN II and would like to change splash screen and radio in a cooked rom before flashing to device. I know their is some rom tools around that could do this. I just lack step by step Instructions and the right software so i don't damage my device. Could someone please help. :)

If you dont know what your doing, i would attempt to do this straight away without a lot of reading first. You can flash a radio anytime after rom install (or before) and chaging splash screen is simple enough as orb says.:)
