Always 1 new sms in inbox

hi guys..

i've now had my touch diamond in 6months, and i must say that i havent had anything else than tons of problems with it :/..

It very often just freezes, when i want to open a text message in my inbox, and 60% of the day it search for signal... its like

100% signal for 1 hour.
then loses it for 10 seconds, and then regaining.
100% signal for 10min.
then losses it for 10 seconds.
100% signal for 10min
then loses it for 10 seconds.

If i then turn off my diamond and turns it on again. start from part 1)...

Also as i stated in my title.
it some time ago, started to ALWAYS have 1 new text message in my inbox.
even if i do a soft reset, turns off my cellphone, or delete ALL messages.
It still says 1 new text message.

Have any of you guys had anything like this?

I can tell i have the following:

Radio: 1.00.25.05
and standard touch diamond setup

you need to check all of your inboxes i had the same problem message from microsoft about messanging was in outlook inbox even when i dont use it

it says its in the text messages inbox..

and theres only one :)

from what i understand is that you're using 1.3 rom right?

where do i check that?
