call forwarding - does'nt work ? why ? please help

I have been having this issue for a while, with every rom I had, now im using udk's 3 Rom (Which is awsome) but the forwarding option still doesnt work, so I wanted to see if someone has a solution:

I dont want my calls to be forwarded to my voicemail at all ( I dont have a voicemail)
when I try to uncheck the marks under the: no answer, unavalible, and busy. when I hit OK they go back to original state with the voicemail in them. I also tried putting all 00000000 under the number but when I hit ok a massage pop out saying: Cannot save your changes to the network. try changing setting later, or disconnect data connection and try again. (tried it, doesnt do anything).

can someone help,

does your operator support this? and did it work in other phones?

yep, check with your operator...

maybe try this:

enter ##004# and press send button
this should cancel all conditional call forwardings

or maybe it was ##002# and press send button
this should cancel all call forwards

I tried both of those options, it said succeeded but when I call the phone it still goes to the voicemail.

how do I know if the oparator supports it ?

I have ATT at the USA ?
