With my treo pro - while I am connected to my Mercedes BT car there is a little headphone symbol that shows up. However when I am not on the phone but still connected through the car, there is no symbol on the phone that indicates the connection.
The problem is that sometimes I turn the car off, go in my house and do not realize I am still connected through the carkit.
Is there any little app or tweak I can make to show me this connection on the treo pro?

+1. That was one of the things that annoyed me when I switched to the Treo Pro from the Motorola Q9h. The SPB Phone Suite profile rules allow you to have the profile icon change when a bluetooth headset or car kit is connected, then change back when the bluetooth device disconnects. I like it a lot so far. There are a ton of features in the phone suite software.
You need to buy the 1.3 version and register it, then upgrade to the 1.3.1 public beta, which supports the Treo Pro's 320x320 resolution - otherwise most of the icons will not show on the screen.
SPB Mobile Shell 3.0 is due out any day now as well.
