Maybe you could try to overclock your wizard a little bit with omapclock. works for me. maybe your problem is different than mine though, as my phone also beeps in landscape mode.

:(My g4, o2 is doing the same thing. i think that there is some manufacture problem with these devices. Here is why i am saying so.

i thought it was the cable also, so i disassembled it and put it back together, then it kept on doing the same thing:confused:. Then i thought of just disabling the keyboard, because it is typing the o key, which is making the beep sounds and eventually turning the screen to these funny lines with a white background as if the display cable is broken. When i turned it ON without the keyboard, there is goes again. beep beep beep beep typing out the o without the keyboard:confused:, therefore i decided it had nothing to do with the keyboard system, and may not even have anything to do with display cable or even the panel.

I then totally removed to display panel as well:mad:, leaving me with just the chips board in my hands. Connected that to the batt and switched on, and after a little while when the system had booted... there it fires the:eek::confused::( beeps again in the dark, WITHOUT THE DISPLAY PANEL, ITS CABLE AND THE KEYBOARD PANEL AND ITS CABLE AT ALL. So the problem was not the fle cable nor the keyboard, but is coming from the system board.

Could this be a software internal problem or a hardware chip problem of some sort?

does anyone have an idea?:confused::(
