wm6.1 standard threaded sms cab???

I have searched for the threaded message cab that comes built into most wm6.1 roms i have just flashed a new 6.1 rom that does not have this as standard.

I have searched for this but have found i think everyone but that,can someone point me in the right direction please?

Install schap's advanced config or Kaiser Tweak and enable it.
