Ok so I have upgraded from my old herms to a Touch Pro, however I cant let go of my hermes was an awsome phone.
I want to use it for a dedicated GPS. I have tom tom 6 installed and a BT GPS reciver all which work perfectly when the phone is turned on (sim card inserted) but when the phone is turned off from comm manager or the sim card is removed the GPS wont lock on for whatever reason.... this is crazy as BT on the phone seems to work fine I can pair it with the BT GPS reciver but wont lock on. As soon as the phone is on bang gets a lock and it all works as it should.
Is there any way around this?
