prophet on firs boot screen

hi friends,
i have one swisscom xpa s200.
i bought this phone with this problem-when i power on,on the screen is only firs splash screen with ipl/spl=2.20.0001
i tried every WIKI method to recovery this device but no luck.
i dont have one official swisscom xpa s200 rom.
what is the problem,can you help me ?

remove storage or memory of device and use manuallofyour device for hard reset
in some device(hold camera and comm manager botton then reset it and in bootloader screen for Send botton press call botton)
