What's the workaround with these predicament guys???
Example... I would be calling my country's service provider (SMART) and customer service would always be answered by a recorded message from a machine that says something like this...
For .... press 1...
For .... press 2...
For .... press 3...
To talk to a customer service representative... press 0...
However, pressing any number via phonepad (touchscreen) don't work, and using my QWERTY sliding keyboard doesn't either... so I usually end up the call without any success...
Any solution to this???
