I remember a while back I downloaded a .cab here that allowed me to adjust the colors of the today screen and even text colors in the start menu. I can't find the cab anymore and I forgot the name. Can someone please direct me to it?

could have been "RC Mod" which is very good! Just do a xda google search for it...
