my hermes100 is having a problem... some body please help........

bought it from melbourne.
The problem is every program is closing itself. and battery status icon message is shown. we cannot open any programs... battery status message is coming and coming...its like a virus or something...i hard reset it... and i flashed the spl to hard SPl V7 .. then i flashed it with 20758.MS3Gwvoip+office ROM. but the problem still exist..i also tried some other roms like rev m2d and rev lite ROMS... but no use.... the problem still exist.....i am not used to this forum.. and i was unable to find a solution.....sorry for using a new thread..... please provide a solution or provide a link....

If it's displaying the battery message, your battery might be on it's way out.

How does it do while plugged in?

Is the charging lite red or amber? red=bad

when plugged in also its showing same error..... now i flashed it with Schaps_WM6Pro_Hermes_4.31_WWE_Full and the error display is gone,.. but problem still exist...... i cant even open one single app for more than 30 seconds.:rolleyes::rolleyes:.its closing automatically.........In landscape mode... the start menu is getting pressed again and again....:eek:.....i tried flashing a stripped ROM then a full rom... but no use... problem still exist....

this is actually my friends phone... he gave it 2 me 2 flash it beacause he was having this problem for the last few days... the ROM when i got it was wm5 original ROM.... he bought it from melbourne...now its in india.... is it with the RADIO or something.....??? and i am not that used to this phone..please help...

Now after continuos flashing when flashing a ROM ...its gtting stucked in the scrren alignment procedure...what to do????:confused::confused::confused:

Your screen is stuck in the top right corner. Try to see if there's some dirt there (maybe stuck between display and casing).

Either thay or the digitizer is gone... I believe the Hermes was dropped and the digitizer damaged at that point. Thats why it was sold. It has a point being repeatedly pressed. You'd have to replace the LCD and digitizer together.

Hey man, sorry to hear about your hermes.. those things are usually tough as nails and can take a beating.. anyways..

Dear try to change the battrey if same problem then it have a hardware problem try to get it repair

This issue has been covered many times before - though it is probably buried amongst lots of screen alignment and digitizer threads.

Depending on whether you are in portrait or landscape.

It may be the screen is getting pressed, and this was thought to be the cause when the problem was first seen. However I do not believe it's a simple case of cleaning under the bezel. Erratic digitizer behaviour is now generally attributed to the digitizer connections, the lcd to d'pad flex cable or poor chip contacts on the d'pad board
